2025 FSC Information
The 2025 FSC amount is $400. The standard payment schedule is:
- May 2nd, 2025 $125 (non-refundable deposit)
- July 18th, 2025 $150
- August 18th, 2025 $125
Early Bird Discounts are available again this year. FSC will be $350 if paid in full by May 22nd and $375 if paid by July 18th(first day of camp).
The Early Bird discount will also be available as a payment plan of $70 a month for 5 months if using a card for payment.
Sibling Discount is 50% for each additional student and applies to any Early Bird Plan.
We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App, Cards and our new Subscription Payment Plan for your child’s FSC contributions. Please see the section below for your preferred method.

Make checks out to “Madison Southern Bands”. Please write student and purpose on the memo line i.e. Bruce Wayne Marching Band FSC. Send check in envelope to school with your student to give to Ms Sanders. You can also mail your check if needed to:

Please send cash to school in an envelope with your student’s name and purpose written on the outside i.e. Bruce Wayne Marching Band FSC. Please do not mail cash.
Venmo
Click or scan the QR code to pay with Venmo. Please put your students name and purpose of payment in the payment description.
Please do not select “Turn on for purchases” when setting up the payment. This is for Physical products and will cost the band money.
